We migrate your site to the Imperium Stack for free. Zero downtime. We test everything on a staging environment first, then flip the DNS once it's clean. You don't lift a finger.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Standard is month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Annual gets you two months free but isn't required.
What if I ever want to leave?
We hand over everything — your site files, your database, your domain, your DNS. No hostage situations. Your business is your business.
What counts as "1 hour of edits"?
Text changes, image swaps, contact info updates, hours and pricing changes, new staff bios, new service pages under 30 minutes of work, plugin troubleshooting. What it doesn't cover: full redesigns, custom code, new builds, ecommerce restructures — those get scoped separately.
Why is daily backup such a big deal?
Because your site is a living thing. WordPress, your theme, and every plugin update on different schedules. Eventually two of them will conflict. With daily off-site backups, we restore to yesterday in five minutes. Without them, "the site is down" turns into "we have to rebuild it."
