Multi-Channel — Case Study
Google Ads that earned the right to build the whole brand. Now expanding to a new website and connected TV.
A NOTE ON WHAT YOU WILL NOT FIND ON THIS PAGE
If we put it on this page, every competitor in our client’s market sees it. The numbers and high-level structure on this case study are real and verified — the playbook stays in our hands and theirs.
Every Google Ad, every CTV commercial, every page on the new website only works because the business behind it actually shows up. Andy and Alex Schwartz built Eagle AC on the work itself — family-owned, no overtime fees, same-day service across twelve North Florida cities.
Imperium markets companies we'd recommend to our own family. Eagle AC is one of them.

THE BACKSTORY
HVAC is a seasonal business. The phone rings off the hook in July when the AC dies, and again in January when the heat won’t kick on. The shoulder months — spring, fall — are quieter. Eagle AC needed a Google Ads partner who understood that the smart play is not to spend the same every month, but to lean into the seasons that matter and pull back when it is just maintenance season.
Imperium took over the Google Ads program and built it for the way HVAC actually works. Separate campaigns for AC and heat. Budgets that flex with the calendar. The same expert hand at every season — no quarterly account-manager rotation, no agency churn.
THE TRUST CURVE
Most agencies start with a contract that locks in three services on day one. Imperium starts with one. We earn the right to the next one by making the first one work. Eagle AC is the textbook example.
CURRENTLY EXPANDING
Eagle AC is migrating off Squarespace to a custom WordPress site Imperium is building right now. Better SEO foundation. Better load speed. A real digital home that does not look like every other Squarespace HVAC site in the state.
A CTV ad in production with Imperium — the kind of brand-building broadcast that used to be reserved for the largest HVAC operators in the market. Eagle AC will run alongside the local network channels their customers already watch.
Two new channels added because the first one earned them.
Not because a contract said so.
THE BUILD
Separate campaigns for AC, heat, and maintenance services so each season gets its own budget, creative, and bid strategy — not a generic always-on blob.
Real call tracking on the ads themselves. Every dollar gets measured against a real lead, not a vanity click.
Service area defined by where the trucks actually drive — no wasted impressions outside the route.
Budget that scales up in peak season and down in shoulder months. The client controls the spend; Imperium adjusts the strategy to fit.
Currently rebuilding the website off Squarespace onto a custom WordPress build. SEO foundation + the visual upgrade their brand deserves.
Connected TV ad in production. Premium streaming inventory across the channels Eagle AC’s customers actually watch.
Google Ads earned the trust. The CTV commercial proved we could scale the brand. The new website closes the loop — now every channel sends traffic to a property we built, on a stack we understand, ready to be tracked end-to-end.
This is what compound growth looks like with one agency holding the whole picture.
Imperium starts with one channel done right. We earn the next one by making the first one work. Month-to-month, no hostage contracts, no quarterly account-manager rotations.
