THE BACKSTORY
HDR Dumpsters runs a roll-off rental business across North Florida. Repeat customers, complex scheduling, and a customer base that needs to book a dumpster and a pickup at three in the morning if that’s when the project finishes. Off-the-shelf web templates do not handle that.
Imperium built HDR’s website with the industry-specific CRM their team already uses (Icanns) wired directly into the page. Scheduling for first-time customers. A login portal for repeat customers who already have an account on file. Real operational software running where most websites just have a contact form.
THE INTEGRATION
THE BUILD
The site is engineered around two real customer journeys: a homeowner who needs a dumpster for the weekend and is booking online for the first time, and a contractor who has used HDR ten times and just needs to schedule the next pickup without re-entering anything.
Both flows feed into Icanns — HDR’s actual CRM — so the team works out of one system instead of bouncing between web inquiries, spreadsheets, and a separate scheduling tool.
THE SCOPE
Hand-built site on managed hosting. HDR’s asset, owned by HDR. No platform lock-in.
The industry-specific CRM HDR’s team uses every day, embedded directly into the website so every web inquiry lands in the same system as every phone call.
Embedded scheduler so first-time customers can book a dumpster, set a delivery window, and confirm a pickup without ever needing to call.
Frequent customers (contractors, builders, restoration crews) log in to manage active rentals, schedule pickups, and view past job history without re-entering data.
Clear, customer-facing reference for what can and cannot go in the dumpster — cuts the back-and-forth that used to eat up the team’s phone time.
Schema, on-page optimization, and the technical scaffolding to support HDR’s service area searches across North Florida.
THE MOAT
Most web shops do not even know Icanns exists. We took the time to learn it because that is what HDR’s team uses to run the business. The result is a website where every customer action — first-time booking, repeat scheduling, pickup request — flows into the same system the team operates out of every day.
The site does not just generate leads. It runs the front end of the operation. That is the kind of integration that earns 18 months of month-to-month renewal.
Imperium builds custom WordPress sites and integrates the industry tools your team already uses. Real operational software, real customer self-service, real assets you own. Month-to-month, no contracts that hold you hostage.
